These Terms of Service govern your use of the GetRegNex platform (app.getregnex.com) provided by PT Senusa Digital Prima ("SNDP Services"). By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

GetRegNex provides trade compliance analysis tools — including HS classification, tariff estimation, document checklists, and risk intelligence — based on regulatory data we maintain. Outputs are decision support, not a substitute for professional customs or legal advice (see our Compliance Disclaimer).

2. Accounts & Plans

• You are responsible for the accuracy of information in your account and organization.
• Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Enterprise) are billed per the plan and interval you select at checkout; pricing is shown on our Pricing page.
• You may cancel a paid plan at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform — including attempting to access data belonging to another organization, reverse-engineering the service, or using it for unlawful trade activity.

4. Data Accuracy

We maintain compliance data with a governance process (source citation, confidence level, approval workflow) and strive for accuracy, but regulations change and outputs may not reflect the most current rule in every case. You remain responsible for verifying compliance obligations for your own shipments.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetRegNex is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including customs delays, fines, or lost shipments resulting from reliance on platform outputs.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law, with notice where practicable.

7. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will be resolved in [PLACEHOLDER: dispute resolution venue].
